Free the Kids
With 50% of charitable contributions made in the
fourth quarter, charities of all sizes – large or small – need to ensure they
get their share during this peak giving season. Through New River Communication's exclusive Smaller Quantity
program, we were able to help Free the Kids mail a strong and effective
year-end appeal to their small file of donors – and to do so affordably. The
appeal highlighted several key accomplishments from the past year while making
a compelling case for the donor’s continued support to help care for and
shelter abandoned girls and boys in Haiti. Even we were surprised by the
results: a 15% response rate and over $100,000 raised from less than 4,000
donors.
