Larry Montali
 Before co-founding New River Communications, Montali led a 12-person c reative team as Creative Director at one of the world's 50 largest non-profit organizations. Over the past 15 years, Montali has worked as a writer and editor for various newspapers and magazines, including as editor of the National Catholic Register which won the Catholic Press Association's top award for General Excellence under his direction.
He has also had a successful freelance creative practice where he developed media kits, brochures, appeals, and other direct response materials for a broad base of clients including some of the most well-known organizations in the non-profit sector. Montali has won numerous awards for his writing and creative direction.
